I am currently a Preferred Provider for Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Beech Street. Under these insurance plans, you are only responsible for co-payments at the time of service, and I will submit bills to the insurance company for you. As a Preferred Provider, I have agreed to charge the fees established by the insurance companies for my services. Please consult your plan, or feel free to contact me for the current fee schedules.
